Weldmesh Gabion Boxes & Mattresses are a valid and effective technical solution in design, construction & maintenance of a variety of protective civil structures. Weldmesh Gabion Boxes & Mattresses are made with Mild steel Heavily galvanised wire produced from wire rod SAE 1006 or SAE 1008 grade. The wire is heavily Galvanised as per BS 443 for Zinc coating & BS 1052 for Tensile strength. We can also produced Weldmesh Gabion boxes & Mattresses with Zinc Aluminium wire i.e. ( 95% Zn + 5% Al ). This wire is produced as per EN 10244 -2 specification.

For Marine applications & additional life requirement , it recommends the use of PVC coated weldmesh Gabion Boxes & Mattresses conforming to various ASTM standards. We produce different types of mesh sizes for weldmesh Gabion boxes & Mattresses. The Boxes & Mattresses are produced with diaphragm to be laced every one meter distance to make one cubic meter box. The diaphragm & bottom lids are properly stitched with spirals & lacing wires. We can also produced standard & non-standard weldmesh Gabion boxes & Mattresses as per customer's requirements.
